Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Inreef, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service nature

Inreef is a coral placement and AI visual-preview tool. Generated images are simulations based on photographs, reference assets, and model inference. They do not guarantee actual coral growth, color, size, compatibility, health, availability, purchase outcomes, or aquarium safety, and they are not a substitute for professional reef-keeping advice.

3. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Accounts are for personal use unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Your content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in the aquarium photos and materials you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use them. To provide the service, you grant Inreef a limited, non-exclusive license to upload, convert, transmit, and process that content through the service and necessary service providers.

5. AI output

You may use generated results to the extent allowed by law and relevant provider terms. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble other output, or contain unexpected material. Review it before publishing, purchasing, or using it commercially. Inreef does not guarantee that output is unique, error-free, or free of third-party claims.

6. All NSFW, adult, nudity, and explicit uses are prohibited

Inreef explicitly prohibits all NSFW uses. You must not use Inreef to upload, generate, request, edit, transform, distribute, or facilitate any adult material, NSFW content, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, sexual activity, fetish content, sexual services, sexual violence or coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative content, or any content generated for sexual purposes.

Any sexualized, explicit, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited. This rule applies to real, fictional, simulated, edited, and AI-generated content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full content-safety rules, including other harmful-content and deepfake restrictions.

7. Other acceptable use rules

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized content; bypass quotas, payment, access-control, or safety measures; disrupt or attack the service; scrape assets at scale; harm others; or use Inreef for any prohibited purpose.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Creem processes checkout, taxes, receipts, and refunds as our payment and merchant service provider. Usage limits refresh under the rules of your current plan, and unused credits generally do not carry over. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service for safety, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inreef is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.

11. Contact and updates

Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve an issue informally. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service. Applicable law and venue are determined by mandatory law and the operator's place of establishment, without limiting consumer protections where you live.
