Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
Inreef is a reef aquarium planning and AI preview tool. This policy explains the content and behavior that are not permitted when you upload an aquarium image, select corals, request a preview, or use any other part of the service.
2. All NSFW and adult uses are strictly prohibited
Inreef explicitly prohibits all NSFW uses. You may not use Inreef to upload, generate, request, edit, transform, distribute, share, promote, or facilitate any adult material, NSFW content, pornographic content, sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, or sexual content.
This prohibition includes, without limitation, nudity; exposed intimate body parts; sexual activity; fetish content; erotic material; sexual services or solicitation; sexual violence, coercion, or exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, or revenge porn; incest; bestiality; content created for sexual purposes; and any sexualized, explicit, or suggestive content involving a minor. There are no exceptions for artistic, fictional, simulated, edited, or AI-generated material.
3. Upload only appropriate aquarium content
Only upload reef aquarium photographs and other content that you have the right to use. Do not upload images containing people, personal data, illegal material, harmful material, or content unrelated to reef aquariums. We may block, remove, or refuse to process content that violates this policy.
4. Other prohibited uses
- Uploading or using unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
- Creating graphic violence, gore, self-harm, suicide, hateful, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
- Creating or facilitating face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or other manipulated media involving a real person without clear authorization.
- Impersonating another person, misrepresenting ownership, or violating privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- Bypassing usage limits, payment systems, access controls, safety systems, or other technical restrictions.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, overloading, or disrupting the service or its providers.
- Using Inreef for any purpose prohibited by applicable law or by our service providers' policies.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, terminate, or report access where appropriate. We may also remove generated results or refuse a generation request. You remain responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your use complies with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
