Privacy Policy

1. Information we process
Inreef provides coral placement and AI reef-aquarium previews. To operate the service, we may process account information from Google sign-in, including email address, user ID, avatar, and basic account data; aquarium photos you choose to upload; coral selections and placement settings; subscription and render-usage status; browser and technical information; and error or service records.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide sign-in, coral placement, AI previews, downloads, subscription access, quota management, customer support, fraud and abuse prevention, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and service improvement.
3. Image and AI processing
When you choose Generate, the aquarium composite, selected-coral reference images, and generation instructions are sent to Inreef's Supabase Edge Function and processed through OpenAI's image service. We do not operate a public gallery of your source image or result. We may keep necessary task records, such as account ID, status, model, image dimensions, placement count, error details, and timestamps for quota management, support, and troubleshooting. Service providers may process data under their own safety and abuse-prevention rules.
4. Service providers
We share information only as needed to provide the service with Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database, and server functions, OpenAI for image generation, and Creem for checkout, subscriptions, tax, and refunds. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and international processing
We retain account, subscription, and task records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Browser drafts remain on your device until replaced or cleared. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can stop uploading images, clear browser site data, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion of account-related personal information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or security obligations.
7. Security, children, and updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no online service is completely secure. Inreef is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing where they live. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
